HOW TO RENT

RENTAL PROCEDURE - STEP BY STEP

Choose a car: Browse our vehicle fleet on the website and select the car that best suits your needs.

Submit a request: Fill out a simple booking form.

Receive confirmation: Our manager will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm the booking and agree on all details.

Rental extension: If you wish to extend your rental period, please inform us at least 24 hours before the current rental ends. An extension is possible only with our approval and full prepayment for the new rental period.

Meeting: Our representative, wearing company-branded clothing, will meet you at the agreed location and time (airport, hotel, or your address).

Documents: Please prepare the original copies of your passport (or ID card) and a valid driving license. We will make copies.

Vehicle inspection: Together with our staff member, you will inspect the vehicle. Any existing damage will be recorded in the handover report and documented with photos.

Contract signing: You will review and sign the rental agreement, which outlines all terms and conditions. You will receive your own copy.

Payment: Before the rental begins, you pay the full rental amount and provide a deposit. Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) via pre-authorization.

Key handover: After completing all formalities (usually 10–15 minutes), you receive the keys and can start your journey.

Preparation: Before returning the vehicle, it must be washed and refueled to a full tank. The car must be in the same clean and proper condition as when received.

Inspection: Our representative will inspect the vehicle for new damage and record the mileage.

Handover report: You sign the vehicle return report confirming that the car has been returned in proper condition.

Deposit refund: Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the vehicle return (this period is required to account for possible traffic fines).

Late return: A delay of more than 1 hour without prior notice will result in a penalty. A delay exceeding 12 hours may be considered unlawful appropriation of the vehicle, in which case we will be obliged to notify the police.
