No, there is no mileage limit within Spain. However, there is a speed restriction: a €25 fine is charged for each instance of exceeding 180 km/h.

Yes, traveling abroad is possible with prior approval and the purchase of additional insurance. Travel is prohibited to the following countries:
Netherlands, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Moldova.

No. Smoking, consuming alcohol, or eating inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Transporting animals is also not allowed. Violations are subject to fines starting from €75.

Deposit depends on car class: €200 for economy class (Toyota Aygo, Yaris), €500 for crossovers
and minivans (C-HR, Lexus, Proace, Jogger). Deposit is held on your card and released upon car return.

Insurance does not cover damage caused by gross negligence or violations of the rental agreement. In particular, you bear full financial responsibility for:

  • Interior damage (upholstery, plastic parts).
  • Damage to tires, wheels, and windshield wipers.
  • Damage caused while driving under the influence.
  • Loss of car keys or vehicle documents.
  • Refueling with the wrong type of fuel.

Yes, you can purchase additional insurance options such as CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection). These reduce your financial liability to the deductible amount specified in the contract. However, even these options do not cover damage to tires, glass, or the interior.
