To rent a car, you must present a valid documents:

Yes, traveling abroad is possible with prior approval and the purchase of additional insurance. Travel is prohibited to the following countries:
Netherlands, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Moldova.

• Use the vehicle for commercial purposes (taxi services, paid transportation).
• Tow other vehicles.
• Participate in races, rallies, or sporting events.
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

No. Smoking, consuming alcohol, or eating inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Transporting animals is also not allowed. Violations are subject to fines starting from €200.
